Technology for circular construction.
A single crack, or a drawing that was never archived, raises a lot of questions when you work with existing structures. We need to ask them early.
We provide workflows, models and analytics based on the building as it stands, with all its deviations, defects and potential. To do that, we combine high-precision capture with collaborative technology, building the foundation for circular construction.
We capture to keep.

Didactic delivery of building analyses for education and industry
Funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the Faculty of Digital Heritage Technology at HAW Coburg is collaborating with orto and the digital agency LUCID to develop a platform solution for education.
The new functionalities synchronise the advantages of digital as-built analysis with physical building analysis. The aim is to provide construction industry professionals, teachers and students with early access to construction quality.
