Unlocking Circularity
Revealing the potential
of built structures
orto is an interdisciplinary specialist in the digitalization and assessment of built structures.
Using technologies for analysis and digital modelling, we reconstruct and visualise existing data to enable sustainable development.
Since 2022, we have been fostering collaboration in 3D inventory models with orto space, allowing precision where it matters most — at the very start of a project.

Computer vision enables real-time visualization, annotation, and accessibility of digital building models for various user groups.
With ongoing advancements, new opportunities emerge for digital condition analysis in the construction industry. In an internal research project, orto explores how interactive 3D data models, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) can enhance access to precise building information.
The goal is to expand existing measurement methods with immersive technologies to analyze structures more efficiently and promote sustainable preservation strategies.
